Der Commit-Text gehoert nicht ins Verzeichnis

Beim Committen mit -F landet die Textdatei ueber 'git add -A' selbst im Stand. Sie ist Arbeitsmaterial wie die Drehprotokolle und die Sammellaeufe -- alle drei stehen jetzt in .gitignore.
